4WD Hiace full off grid, "Stix"

We had an amazing trip in this van, it is very well kitted out as Johan had thought of everything to make our trip as convenient as possible! Clean, reliable and comfortable, we definitely recommend.

This van has everything you could need, and Johan was super helpful throughout the trip if I had any questions. Would 1000% recommend and hire again.

As first timers holidaying in a van, it was great. Has everything you need and more. The bed was comfortable, the pull out kitchen was so useful and the whole set up worked really well. Any issues or problems we had Johan responded quickly. I would use this van again for sure :)

I honestly cannot recommend the van & Johan enough!!!!! Truly the best few days ever in this van!!! Having never done van life before I have been fully converted after 9 days in this beauty, so much so I am now wanting to convert my own. If I am ever in WA again, Johan is the first person I will be contacting. He truly had thought of everything we could possibly need. The van is so well equipped and every utensil is just 10/10 - the induction hob, speedy kettle and toastie made eating on the road so easy. Johan was great at answering any questions we had and was full of recommendations for places to go, park, or stay. I will be recommending this vehicle & Johan to anyone I know who is planning a trip to WA - seriously made our trip a complete dream !!!!

It was an amazing holiday. The vehicle was just perfect for my trip. I was traveling solo. Johan was very nice, cooperative and helpful for answering questions already before my booking and during the trip as well. Upon the normal communication reg. the vehicle features I have got some very useful trip recommendations as well which I appreciated very much. The vehicle is easy to drive, comfy with very comfy bed (really good sleeps), handy storage places. And a great seat in the back for relax/reading or eat inside if the weather is not so good. Complete outdoor kitchen, big fridge. The van has a superb electric system, cooking is also going electric. I also borrowed a floatable kayak from Johan which was great and I used it 5-6 times. I can just recommend Johan and his vehicles! Great owner and host, great vehicle, thank you very much! Would take this van any time again!

Great van, loved the layout and the size. It drives well and it is comfortable to camp in. Very clean and well maintained. Johan is really responsive and always ready to give his personal tips. The setup using no gas feels much better then relying on gas powered stoves. It has lots of battery capacity and there is even a microwave - perfect for popcorn :D would recommend the campervan to anyone looking for a reliable van which has lots of space and battery capacity and also is capable of driving on the beach (Johan allows for driving on Lucky Bay and Wharton Beach). Hopefully I have the time to come back and rent the van again.

This was my second time hiring Stix from Johan - having hired plenty of campervans in the past I can safely say Johans are the best. Stix is perfectly kitted out for everything you need and the all the small things you would never remember yourself. The van drives great going all the long distances, the big bed and fridge make it like home the road. Great inspiration for my own campervan dreams! As an extra thanks to Johan - my parents are over visiting me from Scotland, I had a van rented from another renter with a toilet to suit them, turned up to collect the van (with no other accommodation arranged in Perth) and found it was not road worthy. I gave Johan a call in a last hope and he quite literally saved my parents holiday by turning around one of his vans in less than an hour - kitting it out with all the chairs and mugs for three. Thank you Johan, lifesaver!

This is a great van! I travelled solo and it was very spacious for 1 person. It had everything I needed from a comfortable bed, a smooth drive and a full cooking setup. Johan is a great guy and made the process super easy as well. Highly recommend!

We rented Stix for 7 days to head up north of Perth and really enjoyed it. The van was clean and easy to drive so much so that I may have sped a little The best part was definitely the electrical system. It has an inverter and solar panels, we could camp almost anywhere without worrying about power! I hope to rent from Johan again if he trusts me to drive safely next time!

Johan and his daughter were excellent hosts. The van was perfect for our trip down the south west and had everything we needed. The built in water pump for fresh water and the 50L tank for cleaning off after the beach was ideal. The bed was comfy and cooling facilities were excellent for the two of us.

We took a week-long trip down to Albany and Denmark in this campervan and absolutely loved the setup and convenience. Being off-grid was a huge bonus, allowing us to camp freely without needing a powered site. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cosy, and not having to worry about setting anything up made the trip even more enjoyable. This is the second time hiring from this owner, and once again, it was a pleasuresuper friendly and easy communication. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!

My trip was amazing. The van is the perfect side and easy to drive. You are able to sit while in the bed in the back, which great if you are remote working. The fridge is really big and the water tap is really handy. I had no issues with the van and was comfortable for over 20 days traveling.

Johan is a great guy and his off grid vans are superb. Hes thought of everything and you really dont need much at all as its all been taken care of! Really enjoyable experience and will definitely be back for another adventure! 5 stars!
